• What is in-home grooming?

• In-home grooming is designed to be easy and effortless for you and your pup. This means NO van, NO salon, NO drop off or pickups. The grooming takes place in a bathroom, kitchen (for smaller dogs), or for those who have a laundry room with an assessable sink (for smaller dogs). The only thing required from you would be drying towels and a trash bag for an easy clean up after the groom. I do my best to clean up afterward but sometimes you may find stragglers of hair. If you have a specific method to clean up, please let me know before I leave. Everything needed for the grooming service is provided outside of medicated shampoos/ conditioners as well as any other vet prescribed medications. That’s all there is to it.

• Do you groom outside?
• No!

• Does the pet parent have to help?

• No! I don’t require help unless asked. If you would like to help I don’t mind, unless the dog is excitable when you’re around.

• What do I require from you?

• Drying towels and a trash bag. If you have a vacuum you’d like me to use instead of sweeping to get tiny hairs, that works too.

• What if my dog is scared of the dryer?
• I will try my best to fully dry your dog but I will not force a dog to do anything that genuinely stresses them out. In this case the dog may be the slightest bit damp in some areas. Another option is to do a full haircut, bathe, towel dry and then let air dry for the ones who are entirely too stressed for the dryer. You personally bathing your dog a day or two before the groom is also recommended.

• What forms of payment do I accept?

• Cash, check, Venmo, cash app, Apple Pay, card, and zelle

• Do you refund?
• No refunds!! I will do my best to fix whatever problem there is, but the work was done so a refund will not be issued. I will offer a discount for the next groom due to you not being completely satisfied with the previous groom.

• Is a bath included in the haircut?
• Yes. A bath, nails, glands (upon request), teeth and ears are done complimentary with the haircut.

• What is the $20 deposit for?
• The $20 deposit is to ensure that I don’t get to your house and you cancel your appointment or for some reason no show. This is kept for my travel and time taken out of the day. The deposit goes towards your balance once the service is completed.
