Protect your fur babies from fleas and ticks this season. Not only should you treat your dogs through whatever methods you prefer but also treat your home and yard. If you live in apartments contact your leasing office an make them aware of the issue. If you are removing a tick make sure to kill it first with some sort of spray and then pull out, making sure the head isn’t still latched on to your animal.  Flea and tick topical treatments should be used no sooner than three days after a bath to ensure the treatment gets into skin quicker and takes effect immediately.
